Additional Projects in Development - Kisumu, Kenya
Community Development Projects
In addition to our plans of developing Primary Schools in the communities in which we are serving, we also plan to provide clean drinking water, through the digging of Water Wells, and to initiate the construction and establishment of Medical Clinics and various Shelters for the children and their Guardians in our programs. We also hope to establish various Capacity Building initiatives for the purpose of developing job skills; for both the Guardians in our programs, and others residing within our communities.
Current Projects requiring Funding:
- Capacity Building Initiatives to develop job skills for Kenyan Adults - $100,000
- Land Acquisition - $250,000
- Water Wells - $10,000 each
Educational & Spiritual Assistance Projects
Support on-going training for National Pastors and Missionaries who have a call to serve orphans and other vulnerable children under the care of local partner organizations.
Current Projects requiring Funding:
- Adult Education Sponsorship for those who desire to serve Orphans and other vulnerable children in their home country - $2,500 annually per student
Medical Assistance Projects
We hope to establish and support a Rural Mobile Medical Camp Hospital which will serve in communities around Kisumu, Kenya. This Mobile Hospital will treat those suffering from common illnesses which include Malaria, Scabies and HIV/AIDS. As well, we hope to build, and support an Urban Medical Clinic within close proximity to our School in Kisumu.
Current Projects requiring Funding:
- Mobile Medical Camp Hospital serving Rural communities, providing medical assistance where and as needed - $125,000
- Urban Medical Camp Personnel and Supplies - $75,000
Relief Assistance Projects
Coordinate the gathering and shipping of Humanitarian Aid in the form of clothing and other basic necessities for our children, and others in need within the communities we are serving.
Current Projects requiring Funding:
- Humanitarian Aid – Shipping of clothing and other basic necessities to Kisumu - $5,000
Miscellaneous Projects
From time to time, we will have Miscellaneous Projects requiring funding that do not fit into the previously mentioned "Main Categories," including the following:
- Motorcycle for our Kisumu Child Sponsorship Project Field Manager - $1,500
- Used Van for Ministry use in Kisumu - $14,000
When we receive an appropriate level of Donations, we can begin to offer assistance in the areas listed in our Additional Projects section.
